Legal
Terms.
Last updated 16 September 2026. This is the live policy for the product as it stands.
The product
Payloopi is invoicing, quotes, receipts, reminders, Books, and Loopi. WhatsApp is the same helper when a number is connected. One product.
Price
It is free while we launch. Later it is €19.99 a month. We will say so on Pricing first. No card to start.
Your job
You are responsible for the bills you send, the VAT you apply, and the return your accountant files. We calculate. We do not file. Yet.
Acceptable use
Use it for your own trade. Do not abuse Loopi, scrape the product, or send unlawful content through WhatsApp or the app.
Accounts
Keep the login yours. If we have to close an account for misuse, we will say so by email.
