Who we are
Payloopi is the product. Loopi is the helper inside it. If you have a question about this policy, write to hello@payloopi.com.
What we store
We store what you put in the product so the loop can run:
- Your account, name, and country
- Customers, invoices, quotes, receipts
- Till snaps and the period they belong to
- Messages you send Loopi in the app
- WhatsApp content you send after you connect a number
Why
To issue bills, remind, net VAT for the period, and show you Home. We do not sell this data. We do not use it to train a public model.
If you connect a number, messages and photos you send Loopi travel through the WhatsApp Business API, then into Payloopi. Same data, same purpose. Disconnect the number and new WhatsApp traffic stops.
How long
For as long as the account is open, and as long as tax records need to be kept in your country. You can ask us to export or delete. Deletion cannot unwind a bill you already sent.
